We only collect what is required to deliver your tickets, verify your payment, and contact you in case of a win. This page is a plain-English summary — nothing is hidden in fine print.
What we collect
- Your name & phone — needed at checkout so we can mail you a winning notice.
- WhatsApp number — optional; only used if you provide it.
- UPI screenshot / UTR — used by our verification team to confirm your payment.
- We never ask for your OTP, PIN, card number, or net-banking password. Ever.
How we use it
- To allocate the exact tickets you picked and mark them as sold after payment confirmation.
- To show you ticket status on the Check my Tickets page when you verify with your phone.
- To contact you for prize claim — strictly using the customer-care number shown on the site.
Draws & fairness
- Default draw time is 3:00 PM IST every day. Admins may adjust per-order if a draw is rescheduled.
- Holidays announced on the home page pause draws and timers automatically.
- Winning numbers are matched against your serials on the same page where you check your tickets.
Refunds & cancellations
Tickets are non-refundable once an order is approved. If your payment is rejected during verification, the reserved tickets are released back to the inventory automatically and your money is not captured.
Discounts & offers
Promotional discounts (e.g. festival 50% off) are applied automatically at checkout and reflected on every ticket card. The original list price stays visible for reference.
